I am using win XP SP2 when I boot I am getting a windows explorer 'has encountered a problem and needs to close' the error details is event type : InPageError P1: c000009c P2:00000003

do you come to the desktop if you come then press ctrl+alt+del and click new task and type explorer and hit enter
this makes windows explorer run if this doesnt work i recocmmed re installing windows
