Event viewer - Event ID 100 - Diagnostics-Performance

This is what is stated in event viewer and I don't know what to do about it. Today has been the first day I have seen this critical error since I installed Windows 10 64bit

I have also received the error Event ID 110 - Diagnostics-Performance - It states - "Session manager initialisation caused a slow down in the start-up process:
