[SOLVED] Event Viewer Whea Logger ID 18

My system crashes randomly i have not been able to find a pattern of triggering events for this crash.
The crash is as follows:
Sounds playing at time of crash are looped (like in source engine, if that makes any sense)
Holds the looping sound for like 5 seconds while seeing my last rendered frame on my monitor
Monitor goes black
Computer reboots without completely shutting down (restarted on its own)
Immediately loaded back into logon screen and i login and then do whatever for 5 minutes to 2 hours before my computer crashes again (multiple times i have crashed, rebooted, do stuff, and then 5 minutes later it crashes again, it is so infuriating)
Also i have never been sent to bios or crash screen from this issue

hi, this kind of error happens when infinity fabric is not stable, either CPU is overclocked too much or is dying
