I don't get any errors with wired headphones.

If I'm using a bluetooth headset or speaker, youtube videos freezing after about 2 or 3 minutes for a few seconds and comes back. It keeps repeating randomly.

If I open a new tab or a program while it's frozen screen goes black for a few seconds and comes back and creating some event logs.

Everything that can be updated has been updated.

Used DDU in safe mode and re-installed Nvidia drivers.

Re-installed bluetooth drivers. Tried older ones but it keeps happening.

Tried different browsers with hardware acceleration off but no luck.

Zero problems when bluetooth is off or on without connecting anyting (Intel AX200).

I think this issue started after latest Windows 11 update KB5017328.

Solution
it wouldn't surprise me to find a fix for one thing broke another.

you could try uninstalling the KB you think it started on.

GPU & BT are linked in that they both use same controller chip on motherboard. So if one is playing up, it can d/c the other.

I have had similar before, a dying mouse used to cause my GPU drivers to turn off. Took a few months to figure that out.
that patch did:
The Windows 11 KB5017328 update also fixed issues involving Bluetooth audio headsets that stop playing audio after adjusting the progress bar.

so maybe try this
right click start
choose Windows Terminal (admin)
if it doesn't open in Powershell, click the drop down arrow in title area and select it from there
copy/paste this command into window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth

and press enter

Then type SFC /scannow

and press enter

Restart PC if SFC fixes any files as some fixes require a restart to be implemented

First command repairs the files SFC uses to clean files, and SFC fixes system files

SFC = System File Checker. First command runs DISM - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/what-is-dism?view=windows-11

Tried running the Playing Audio Troubleshooter?
its on settings/system/troubleshoot
choose Other trouble shooters
it should be in the top section

Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately it didn't help. No errors was found.

I found a new driver on ROG forums for bluetooth, I thought it fixed it as it didn't freeze for like 10 minutes but eventually it frooze again.

I'm suspecting it has something to do with PCI-e so I will try it with a USB bluetooth dongle.

I also saw some recent threads about this problem on various forums but none of them mentioned bluetooth.
