Question Ever game crashes besides CSGO

Every game (Overwatch, Quake Champions and Fortnite) is crashing besides CSGO. this started to happen randomly. I think it must be a windows file or something

Before the crash in each respective game, I play the fps is well above 60, unless I cap it manually

Laptop is Dell XPS 9550 i7-6700hq 16gb Ram Nvidia Gtx 960m (2GB) with intel 530(HD)

All the fixes I have tried:

-used ddu

-Stress test for all hardware components: Cpu Gpu, memory test

- tried to close all unnecessary software

-checked for malware

-ran sfc /scannow

chkdsk

- tried to reduce settings in all games and cap fps to eliminate overheating

-task manager percentages are all normal

-recovered windows via the built-in recovery option in windows

I have no idea what's causing this, all help is greatly appreciated

also i have come to notice that when i disconnect my second monitor the games don't crash,
this is probably because i have an integrated hd %3o and a GTX (960M)

Recently the second monitor got all grainy like an old tv and it lasted a couple of seconds then went black, I restarted and everything seemed fine.
A couple of days back I went to play Overwatch and it started crashing so I tried other games, both Fortnite and Quake Champions and they started crashing, the only game to not crash is CSGO.
here is the strange bit when I disconnect my second monitor the games stop crashing.
I think there must be a setting in the intel panel or something.
