Ever hear of this brand...

Any of you guys ever heard of an OKIA psu? I have a 430watter and I am all of a sudden having some really strange problems, lock ups, wont restart just hangs and I was wondering if maybe this is a pile of crap psu or not. Here's my system specs:
Athlon 2400+
A7N8X
2x512 Kingston pc2700
BBA 9600xt
WD 60gb IDE 7200r
MAX 80gb IDE 7200r
Lite on DVD-RW
Lite on DVD-ROM
8 80mm case fans
Cold Cathode ray tube
Floppy Drive

Do ya think this could be too much for this PSU? I have only had this setup for almost a year.

It could be bad capacitors in either the PSU or motherboard. Check the motherboard first.
