Ever since i changed GPU, PSU and case i can hear my HDD

Hi there.

Yesterday my GTX 780 arrived, as well as my Corsair HX 850 and my NZXT Phantom 410. Everything from my previous case was transferred over and my new components were put in. Now before i would not hear my HDD working, but after upgrading i can constantly hear my HDD, is it because of the slot it's sitting in? I opened up my case to feel it, but it doesn't feel like there's enough vibrations to be making a constant noise.

My HDD is a 1T Segate ST1000DM003-9YN162, have never had any noise issues until now.

I have that exact same drive and mine is as quiet as a church mouse. I would D/L, install and run "Seatools for Windows", available on Seagate's website: https://apps1.seagate.com/downloads/request.html
