Ok let me start by asking why dont you develop a pannel fo people to
specifically answer gaming questions or is there a specific reason why
questions go forever with no responses like maybe you think on line gaming
isnt a big deal...guess what some of us actually work to PAY for the service
of playing on line and when you tech support goes on froever not answering
posts this lkeaves us out here flying in the wind wasting our hard earned
money for what? you suppose to be a professional service ....well I am not
seeing this at the moment and am very disapointed in the way your not
handeling these types of questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE means YOU are here to
provide us with a service ......*knock knock* um I dont see this being
done....are you planning on waiting till you can find someoen with gaming
skills on line to9 answer them for you? Come on now of all places MICROSOFT
should have the resources to at least get these questions answered! It has
always been my practice " If I dont have the answer I find out what it is and
respond asap" everyones time is money but this is something that obviously
eludes you team.what say you spend a few bucks (that you are so eager to
spend for "THE TEAM") and actually get a few on line gamers that have
experience in this field and get responses done? shesh I didnt think you
would have to be told how to get this done but I guess it has come to that.
