[SOLVED] Every 5-10 seconds, the computer (when on) increases to a light "pitch" sound.

I went into the command center and I found what was causing the slight increase in noise:

It seems that both the processor and the system fans are fluctuating randomly, is there any reason for this, is there any way to keep them stable, they should only be increasing in speed based on the fan levels?

H500 case
Ryzen 3600X with stock wraith cooler
B450 Tomahawk
MSI Ventus 2060 super
650 Gold+80 PSU

I would put the systemfans from smartmode into manual. And try to enable some kind of hysteresis for the cpu fan so it doesnt spin up on every temp spike.
