Question Every 8th Ping Spikes Or Times Out

I need some help with my PC and Wifi.

I have a TP-Link mesh network which has maximum signal all over the house.

From my phone (connected to the wifi) I can continuously ping 8.8.8.8 with results between 9 and 30 ms.

From my Windows 10 PC (again connected to the wifi) I can continuously ping 8.8.8.8 with results between 9 and 30ms, but every 8th ping is either 3000+ms or a time out.

Why is this?

I forget but this problem has been posted many times before. I think it is related to some autotune or something similar. The radio is looking for other radio sources if I remember right
