i am using internet downl[oad manager alreday tried not using it tried not using winrar to extract the files still no luck and now i am out of options

If this issue affects every file you download, there could be a myriad of things to sort trough to get an answer

Much easier to just reinstall win 10 IMO

Oh for some reason i assume the problem was before the reinstall.
