Question Every folder keeps giving me read only

Hey Everyone,
So when I go to open any folder, the property box pops up. Like it's read only. Sometimes it read only box is checked and sometimes it isn't. I rebooted my machine and it seemed to work perfectly. Then I started Adobe pro, went to create from scanner then when I tried to save as, it wouldn't let me name it. Then once again all my other folders wouldn't open again. I reboot and it's fine. In writing this I'm thinking maybe Adobe Pro is corrupt... I dunno. what do you guys think?

Folders cannot be made read only. The read only flag on a folder means that one or more files inside the folder have special attributes set. You cannot clear this flag. This has been a thing since Windows 7.
