Question Every Game Crashes to Desktop

my components are:
asus rog strix z390-f gamin,
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 16GB 4000MHz 2x8gb,
ASUS GeForce RTX 2080 Ti ROG Strix OC,
FSP AURUM PT Platinum 1200W
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB SSD NVMe M2.
Intel Core i7-8700 prosessor and water coling
but all det games i play crashes and I always have a consistent fps 100++
but i still crash

What are the CPU and GPU temps like at idle and when under load (like gaming)? Do you get any errors or just crashes?

Have you checked in Windows Event Viewer to see if there's a record of something going wrong when the crashes happen?

Have you had any BSODs?
