Question Every game crashes.

So, This has been happening hte last month and i just can't play any games at all, Other than League of Legends and Counter Strike Global offensive, These are the ONLY two games that don't crash. I've tried many other steam games and even fortnite, they All crash. Including Rust.
I don't know what the issue could be,
I switched my SSD and that didn't do anything.

My pc specs are :
CPU: I3 8350k
RAM: 16 GBs of G.SKILL RIPJAWS (3200hz)
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB

Please help if you can.

Edit: I also switched my motherboard so that surely is not the problem.

First question which comes to mind is did you clean install Windows?
