Question Every game i play keeps crashing

Hi every game I play keeps crashing and i assume it has to do with my GPU as when i crash my game will go to not responding and my Fans start spinning faster the Utliziation on my GPU also shows up to 100%.
I swapped out my GPU to my parents pc and the same crash was occuring which is also why i think its my GPU.

16x16 DDR4 3200MHZ

If the problem follows the device, then it is most likely a problem with the device.
Having said that, that PSU is not ideally adequate for that card. The NVidia 3xxx cards are infamous for their short spikes, which can rattle even the best of PSUs.
