Every game is crashing

On my new pc i cant play games, because its crashing every time and every game. I can play game 5-10 mins then its crashing sometimes i can play 1hour but is very rarely, some times my monitor turning off and i must restart my pc to turn on my monitor,sometimes i got blue screen: video tdr failure,atikmpag.sys When my game is crashing and i want to open Radeon Software, its not responding.I cant fix it i dont know what to do.

My pc specs:
GPU-Gigabyte radeon rx560 4gb
CPU-Ryzen1500x
PSU-Corsair VS650
Mobo-Msi tomahawk arctic B350
RAM-Vengeance LPX 8gb-3100mhz

I have tried reinstall windows,drivers (safe mode),reinstalling games,tried to switch gpu with my friend (gtx 1050ti) still crashing and my friends monitor started turning off with my video card

So you've reinstalled the graphics card driver?

Download memtest86 and run it for a few hours. If you get any memory errors, replace the RAM. If RAM looks fine, check CPU temperatures and if they remain fine even under load, the next most likely problem I can think of is poor quality PSU - the Corsair VS is an old low-quality model line.
