Every game is lagging on a gaming laptop

I have a gaming laptop lenovo for about 2 years. The games used to run smoothly but then something happend and I don't know what. All games all of a sudden started to lagg, all of them. For example, I am playing a game at 60fps and it drops to 10fps for like a minute and then it goes back to normal. It goes like this every 10 minutes or so on every game. I have tried everything, reinstalling my windows, getting my laptop to the professinal to fix it and etc... but it is still the same. Can you help me?
