Every game is now lagging hard,I NEED HELP!

This is probably something not very often seen

So recently i had some problems with my laptop,A ROG GL552V,after i hit it and probably the hard came off or something.
I took it to a service were they fixed it,then i took it to a guy who reinstalled my windows(cracked) and added a SSD.
Now almost every game i have,except PUBG and Fortnite runs at about 10 fps or less in menus and in-game i might say it`s not even 1 fps....Rust doesn`t even start it just freezes without the program to be not responding(i tried it with Skyrim,Overwatch,Rust)

I got Windows 10,looked everywhere couldn`t find the problem or answer,looking forward to receiveing a fix

Note:I am not very much into specs and pc`s so i don`t really know my specs or programs...so i might need a detailed fix on how to enter programs or settings


Also i cannot change the resolution in any game and in th pc monitor

Unfortunately our policies don't allow us to provide any support related to pirated copies of software. That said, our first recommendation would be to get a Genuine Copy of Windows from a Trusted Source, Install it On Your PC, and then see if the issue persists.

If viveknayyar007's answer doesn't work, I would recommend getting a new computer, as the guy doing the repair may have changed out components to weaker ones, causing the machine to slow. In other words, he replaced you device with a toaster.

Also, you dont need cracked 10. Installing the one from Microsoft woll work without the activation. It doesn't nag you like the older versions did.

They changed my hard driv,then i took it to a guy who installed a SSD and installed Windows 10 on it
Now i get huge lag on almost every single game,PUBG and Fortnite being the only ones that work as before with no lag,Skyrim,Gta V,Overwatch having a very laggy menu,10-15 fps maybe less,and like not even 1 fps in-game.Rust opens,not responding for 20 secs and then freezes without even
going not responding,audio still working,DayZ and CSGO give me errors,Dayz error is "Error creating enfusion engine,some of possible errors:GPU not supported,GPU driver not up to date,Directx not up to date,other kind of error.",CSGO is:"Your graphics card does not supportall features(CSM)needs to run this game.(and some info about the device).

The only game i have on SSD is GTA V,because i bought the SSD for it,because i would get frame drops like 20 mins after playing.
I have a friend that has the same problems on another machine,maybe it`s something from windows?

I tried defragging and optimizing but nothing worked

Note:I am not very experienced so i will need some indication to enter setting and ohter,so please be wary

Also i cannot change the resolution in games,or in windows display,and games or even the epic games launcher use 100 percent of my CPU,it might have something to do with the problem.
