Hello everyone.First of all my english isn't great so i am sorry from now .Hope you're all doing great.I have i7 4790k With Hyper TX3 Evo,GTX 970 and 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600MHz ram.I don't have an SSD.My elder brother got 1050ti with Ryzen 5 1500x and 8GB ram without SSD too.He can play the games i can't play.Can't play mean every game always stutters.For example GTA V.Having FPS drop while walking.When i get in the car and start travel it starts droping too much and stuttering.What do you recommend ? Some people says upgrade your ram but i think its not about RAM.I think i have a problem with my HDD but when i look at the Health status of it on HD Sentinel and CrystalDisk Info it says good(%100).Hope i can fix this issue.:
