Every game that i startup crashes

So out of nowhere when i try to start up PUBG for example or Rainbow six siege on Uplay the game crashes and i get a black screen. So i tried restarting my pc ( i have windows 10btw) i get an infinite loop and it just won't restart. i can't play any single game right now.

Help please.

Intel i5-4570
8GB RAM
ASROCK MOBO
1 128GB SSD

1. what psu is it?
2. unplug 1070, change gpu in BIOS to IGPU, plug monitor cable into mb and try to boot game with IGPU only.
3. Is your gpu driver up to date?
