Every mic I used has static noise I replace my headphones because I thought that my headphones was broken. But still getting the static or the buzzing noise what should i do? Im on windows 10. Can the PSU be the problem?
I'm a sound engineer at a Dolby. The power supply could definitely not be the problem. You are better off replacing your monitor so you can check the signal to noise ratio. Use a program like VLC for this.

What kind of microphone 3.5mm or USB?
Where do you plug it into? Front, Back, Sound Card or DAC?
I never use the front audio jacks because the internal cable tends to pick up noise.
Even though I have a nice case, I have never heard of a case maker bragging about using high-quality audio cables.
I always plug right into my Sound Blaster.
