Happends also when i play games. The entier system seems to crunch regularly. It doesnt make the machine crash tho. What ive been noticing is that It happends when one if m'y 2 drives are being read/written. One ssd, the other hdd. When i did the thermal Grease on my ryzen cpu, abit of compound fell on 2 of the cpu pins. I cleaned em with alcool but they might be still abit dirty. M'y theory is It is either the hdd"s or the 2 dirty cpu pins. Thanks for your help.

i call it the cyber crunch. it has been doing that for a long time. I got 2 guesses about what might do that: when i changed the thermal grease on my cpu there is some that spoiled on 2 of the cpu's pins. i cleaned it with alchool and it worked even though i think the pins might still be a little dirty. Second guess: my ssd and hdd, something happening when they read and write.
