Please post your entire system spec including PSU make and model.
Also when you say it's disabling your GPU, please elaborate on what you see / encounter etc.

What i mean by the GPU, i go device manager, under display adapters, NVIDIA geforce RTX 2080 and disable it. the moment i do it shows only my main monitor and the freezing stops.
i have tried to install the latest drivers but that hasn't worked.
When the gpu is enabled the freezing starts, every second thee screen freezes for about 250ms.
