Scattered around the city are 16 different QR codes. You may notice them during your travels around, but any of them you find will most likely look incomplete. Each QR code requires you to access camera in the area and line things up just right in order to get a completed QR code that you can scan to get a message.
QR Code 01 - South Parker Square
The code is found on top of the Food & Liquor building near an intersection. Hack the camera between two parking door garages in order to scan this code.
QR Code 02 - North Parker Square
This one is just a short distance to the north of the first one. When you see the QR code ahead of you, on the right hand side near a 'For Rent' sign, turn down an alleyway to the left and you'll find a camera you can use to scan this code.
QR Code 03 - West Side of The Wards
You'll need a boat to get this one. Head out to the dam and you'll be able to find a camera on the dam itself. Hack into that and you can use it to find this QR code.
QR Code 04 - South End of The Wards
Approach this QR code from the east, and if you pass the gun store then you know you've gone too far. The south side of the road has the camera you need, located high up in some old apartment buildings. Hack into this and you should be able to locate and scan the QR code.
QR Code 05 - West Brandon Docks
This one is located on the southwest end of the bridge on the large Tidis building. Head just east of the bridge near here and you can get a good view of the camera on the corner of the building here. Hack this and you'll be able to scan the QR code.
QR Code 06 - East Brandon Docks
You'll find this code on the side of the building with the Safe Energy Saves You Money billboard. Look for a camera on a light post near the gas station and you can scan the QR code from there.
QR Code 07 - Central Brandon Docks
You're going to want to go to the train platform near the QR code for this one.Head up to the top of the train station and you'll see a camera while you are standing on the western stairs. Hack this and you'll be able to scan this QR code from there.
QR Code 08 - North Brandon Docks
When you reach the location of the QR code, head to the east, past two buildings. You'll find the camera you need to hack sitting on the corner of a building.
QR Code 09 - South End of The Loop
Head underneath the train platform to the east of the QR code location. While under the platform, head towards the north stairs and watch out for a camera on the east wall. This is the camera you can use to scan this QR code.
QR Code 10 - Southwest End of The Loop
This QR code is located underneath the freeway itself. Head under the freeway on the northwest shore where the three rivers meet. You should be able to see the camera from here, so hack that and look to the southeast for this QR code.
QR Code 11 - Northwest Island of The Loop
For this one you'll have to travel along the train tracks near here for a bit, so wait for the train to go past and then hop on them. Follow the tracks to the northeast to a platform, and get off them onto the platform before another train comes. Look up and you should see the camera you need high up on the wall, look to the north with it to scan the QR code.
QR Code 12 - Northeast End of The Loop
This code is in the middle of a four way intersection of an alleyway.Head down the northeast alleyway to find the camera you'll need on the wall.
QR Code 13 - South Central Area of Mad Mile
You want to head to the east of where the code is actually located. You will find the camera you need to hack far up on the wall of a building, across the street east of the Chicago Water Tower. There are two cameras pretty close together here that these directions could point to, so if you aren't having any luck lining up the QR code to the west then it's possible you have the wrong camera.
QR Code 14 - Northwest Area of Mad Mile
Head to the area and into a parking lot where you will find a garage door you can hack. Hack the camera above the door on the building to the right to scan the QR code.
QR Code 15 - Southwest Area of Mad Mile
You'll need to be west of the QR code to find the camera for this one, just across the street. You'll find the camera you need high up on the wall. Look to the east from this camera and you'll find the QR code next to a billboard.
QR Code 16 - Pawnee
Head for the broken bridge in Pawnee and then hack the camera located on the lost post near it. Look towards the billboard here to scan your final QR code.
That's it, all 16 QR codes. If you've done this right you'll gain access to a new unique assault rifle, as well as gain access to an extra bonus mission as well. Congratulations!
