Every time i boot my PC I have to go into bios and manually choose to boot from the right drive.

how do i fix so it always boots from that drive?

It should be an option to set it in the BIOS.... Make sure you don't have the jumper on the BIOS reset pins and consider replacing your BIOS battery if your system time is getting changed as well.

You can set the boot order in the BIOS under the Advanced Boot Options. Select the drive as the first boot device in the list.

I will need to try this as all i've been doing has been in the non advanced part of the bios settings
