Every time I touch my mouse where the USB is plugged in or any other usb port it disconnects and reconnects

Anytime I touch the usb port connection it disconnects and reconnects the device that is plugged in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you touch the actual USB port itself? It may be lose, like a cell phone charger. Make sure is plugged in all the way. Does it happen with other USB devices?

When i touch the usb connection that plugs into the port. It happens on all USB devices and they aren't lose.

If that is the case, could be a damaged usb port. Is it the case or motherboard?

The case but 1 port on the motherboard does the same thing for a USB drive

I plugged my mouse into a different port on the case and it is not disconnecting when i touch it also my USB drive seems to be the culprit because I plugged in a different USB drive and it is working just fine on the motherboard. Thanks for your help
