I built a computer using a guide on YouTube. I fully built it and installed Windows. I get to the point where I need to install drivers and I run into the error after installing them and restarting. All I can do is boot back the driver in safe mode. So either way I can either have a computer that doesn't work or doesn't work for irs purpose.

Specs:
Amd Ryzen 3 2200g
Msi radeon 4 gb rx 560
8gb ram
124 ssd
1tb hdd

I have a solution you won't like, but it will help initially I hope.

Turn off PC, take out your nice graphics card.

Plug your dispaly cables into the motherboard.

Turn on PC, install all drivers etc.

Now it should work great.

Now plug you graphics card in

Plug your monitor into the graphics card slot instead of the motherboard

Install the drivers for your graphics card - now turn your PC off and on again - what happens?

The thing is your CPU has a built in display driver that may somehow be interfering with your graphics card driver.

I only have experience in Intel CPU with built in graphics and AMD with no graphics built in sorry.

The steps I recommended should help you troubleshoot and post more detail about your question
