Every website works except Facebook

Every website works for me except facebook i tried troubleshoot in Win 8.1 the problem seems to be that the website is online but isnt responding to connection attempts, i am using google chrome

Did you try different internet browsers? Do you experience the same problem in all?

Maybe someone blocked Facebook acess in your router..
Or is a ISP problem..
If every other site works then the PC is not the issue.

Try clearing the cache and cookies in the browsers.

Do you have another PC/phone you can test it from on your network?

If it works on the other pc/device then you have a virus,
If it does not work on the other pc/device either then your router or someone else is blocking it.

What's your definition of "not working"? Is there any error message?
