[SOLVED] Everything crashing after failing to reinstall windows

I tried to reinstall windows and it didn't reinstall and now im having errors when tryting to launch any game other than osu
Ive tried using sfc it couldnt complete dism doesnt work and i have tried restarting
My computer freezes and i hear beeping from my headset

My specs are
I5 4570
Random hp motherboard
Msi Singlefan 1060 6gb
Sandisk ultra 250gb ssd
2tb Seagate barracuda
500w 80+ Thermaltake psu
and of course windows 10

Try reinstalling windows from a USB bootable media. You can download the creation tool from Microsoft's website.

When you install windows be sure to erase all the partitions on your SSD (I assume thats what you put your OS on).

Unplug your HDD before reinstalling windows to make sure no errors occur and/or loss of data.
