Question Everything except focused windows dimmed

Hey,

I am continuing to run into a weird issue using mainly Opera. Whenever I am doing something in Opera and have windows open to my left + right they suddenly dim. As soon as I hover my mouse over those they get bright again.

My Setup:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB | 4x HX440C19PB3A/8
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU 2080ti Hybrid
Mobo ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO

Please let me know if anyone knows a fix?

What OS are you working with? If Windows 10, please mention the version(not edition) of the OS. As for your platform, have you tried replicating the issue with other app's/browsers?

I am currently running Windows 11
