Everything I could want for as cheap as possible. Is it good?

This is a build that I'm hopefully going to buy soon and it has everything I could want for as cheap as possible. It has a good CPU and GPU as well as the monitor I wanted. I'm looking to do some editing and 1080p gaming on this. Tell me what you guys think of part choices.

If I want to add one later, is it possible that I am able to move my OS from my HDD to the SSD? If it is possible then how would I do that?

You can. With a cloning tool. Just search for cloning os. It should give you with hundreds of results
