Okay, so I am hoping to do dual monitors for my new PC, my graphics card (Radeon XFX R7 260x Double Dissipation Edition (http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-r7-200-series/amd-radeon-r7-260x-double-dissipation-edition-r7-260x-cdf4) Has one display port, one HDMI port, and 2 DVI ports. My question is, not only am I clueless on what I need, but I need your help. Please link me to the parts I'll need for 2 monitors with 2 DVI ports and no VGA ports on the graphics card.

Solution
It depends on the resolution and Hz of the monitor.

1) Most monitors with HDMI only work at 1920x1080@60Hz (even if a higher resolution) so don't count on driving a 1440p monitor even if it has HDMI. If it's a 1920x1080, 60Hz monitor then it's not an issue.

2) DVI has single and dual-link. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_Interface

Single Link: up to 1920x1200@60Hz
Dual Link: up to 2560x1600@60Hz

3) DISPLAYPORT is your best connector and is rated v1.2 which can handle 2560x1440@165Hz (or 4K at 75Hz).

4) The page you linked has the details under "SPECS"

5) HDMI and DP both support audio, if the monitor has speakers or audio passthru (rarely used, but may be handy to share desktop speakers with a second device. Otherwise...

I don't know if they do. Any link to some good ones?

6) You can use PCPARTPICKER as well

7) You linked to a $40 monitor which has noticeable issues, but you gave no BUDGET or resolution to work with so it's pretty hard to help further.

So...

Basically any monitor that DVI will work since you support two. Or one with DP + DVI or whatever. Any combination that works.

They should. But either way, your regular $10 cable from your local PC shop is good enough.

You have read THIS, right?
"This monitor is fully functional, but has noticeable defects when the screen is on."

I'm also not sure what kind of warranty you get. 30 days?

I know this one is a lot more at $100, but I'd rather have one good monitor rather than two monitors with issues:

or: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-22-Inch-Design-Monitor-S22F350/dp/B01CX26WCW/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1479973085&sr=1-5&keywords=monitor&refinements=p_n_feature_keywords_two_browse-bin%3A6570747011%2Cp_72%3A1248879011%2Cp_36%3A1253505011

You can also find 2560x1440 monitors for a little over $200 that have 3-year warranties. With the extra size and more pixels you don't necessarily need two monitors either.
