Everything in the image is "broken". Cant explain, see photos PLS

Hello guys.

So I don't know actually how to explain my problem. Somehow, the letters, (all the letters) displayed in my monitor sometimes get distorted (see photo) and to get it fixed I need to restart my computer every time!

These happen's every time I get my pc in "suspended" or after I don't use it for a long time, and when I turn it back on, it gets like that.

Is this a faulty graphics card? Cause I probably think it is. My monitor seems good.

Motherboard: MSI B350 GAMING PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050ti OC 4GB
Storage: SSD KINGSTON A400 240GB SATA III
PSU: KOLINK KL-600M 80+ BRONZE
RAM: CRUCIAL 2x4GB DDR4 2400MHZ BALLISTIX SPORT LT RED

does it look like that in safe mode?
