everything in windows7 has become foggy and blurry (nothing wrong with the monitor and the driver.)

Windows 7 has become blurry and it's hard to see. staring more than a little hurts my eyes. there's nothing wrong with the monitor since it can show everything on every other device alright. there's nothing wrong with the graphics driver either since I can watch movies or play games on windows 7 with perfect quality. I even tried to repair but windows found no problem. I restored windows too but nothing changed,
I used color recalibration and turned on clear-type too but there was no different result.

My bad. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I reset my monitor and it worked. if I can delete this thread please tell me.
