Everything is crashing on my recently built (~3 months) PC.

including Chrome, League of Legends, Microsoft Office, iTunes and AMD Settings etc. These crashes occur very often and suddenly started occurring at the same time. Any ideas?

Please download this from your motherboard site. It will check all drivers and bios for updates . It can update without going into bios .

Please try using XMP profile in bios for your memory .
Check 4 pin power connector is attached at motherboard
