Everything is on including my case but there is no display on my monitor,

I have my first time build pc seemingly working with everything on but no display on my monitor. I know my monitor works because when i connect it to my gaming laptop it turns on any help would be greatly appreciated.

My parts:
MotherBoard: Asus ROG Strix Z390-H Gaming LGA1151
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 2400
Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R
Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce RTX 2070 8G Turbo Edition GDDR6
Case: Rosewill Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case Cases THOR V2 Black

What is the make and model of your PSU? Are the rams inserted into the correct slots on the motherboard?

yes the ram is inserted in the second and fourth slots like my mobo manual says and my psu is Corsair CX Series 750 Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Modular Power Supply (CP-9020061-NA)

how would I know if my motherboard is faulty because it is possible because my keyboard doesn't even light up upon connection with my keyboard so should I send it back and get a new one to test it out?

So I have just received my new psu because that seemed to be the faulty piece and when the new one came there seems to be no difference. Is it possible that I will need to get yet another psu?
