Specs:
MSI
Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU 2.80GHz
Geforce GTX 1060
Windows 10
RAM: 16 GB

So i've had this problem for a while, when i try to watch a video on youtube or any other platform it buffers for couple minutes before playing. I'm pretty sure it's not my WiFi connection. When i connect a bluetooth speaker, the videos plays normaly without buffering. I use google chrome for browser

With discord it takes couple mintues again to connect a call.
While playing League of Legends, when the game starts my fps (i think) drops and screen freezes for couple seconds before running smoothly.

I've updated everything i can, windows update, NVIDIA softwares but it's still the same
please help

I have both ssd and hdd

unless the speeds were rapidly fluctuating from super low and then back to ~80Mbps, low internet speeds can't be the cause of the issue(s).

not sure if the speedtest actually matches what your ISP is supposed to be providing but those are more than fast enough speeds to have very smooth downloads, streaming, gaming, etc.

Yeah like i said on my post, i don't think its a issue with connectivity. I also recently got a LAN connection as well

Is "Use Hardware Acceleration" enabled in browser/advanced settings?

Does your CPU at least ramp up to/maintain anywhere near 2.8 GHz on all cores under load? (You can install/observe HWMonitor and CPU-z, running CPU-Z's included 'Bench'/stress CPU'...(be sure to stop it after 8 minutes or so)

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not your Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using this. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.
