everything lights up and my fans spin but mother bord doesnt pick up

my computer does not want to work if i remove my ram slots while the pc is on it doent beep it just keeps going first i thoungt my motherbords battery id flat replaced it still doesnt work pllzzz help me if you find a solution please email me at francoisrosslee1@GMAIL.COM

You shouldn't remove or change anything in the PC while the PC is ON.

Double check installation, test one memory module installed at a time to see if it can work. Are there any solid lights on the motherboard? Motherboard may be defective. Get it replaced, install things correctly, follow the proper procedures, and try again.
