Everything on C:/ copied to F:/ with no command to do so??

So when I added an SSD to my computer the intention was that the SSD be used for demanding open world games and only that purpose. The last time I used to my SSD (the F:/ drive) everything was seperate from my HDD C:/ drive.To my horror after loading up the SSD after maybe many months of not using it I'm shocked to find almost everything from my C:/ copied twice over onto my F:/ drive... It has hundreds of gigabytes of shit I did NOT want on there. This includes my entire Games folder from C:/- recently saved documents and pictures, in fact now that I look just about everything from C:/ is now saved and running off of my F:/ drive. Even my Firefox bookmarks have been saved here.The last time I used my F:/ drive I literally had sample pictures, steam, and two games installed that's it. I had my computer set up so I could not load from C while running Windows on F and vice versa. Now for some reason I had no control over my SSD is flooded with JUNK and I'm pissed... The idea was to keep it as lean as possible and keep all the junk files and old games on my C:/ drive... Now I have massive cleanup- close to 200gb of data on f drive I did not want here!

Please I would love to hear if there is any easy fix for this- removing all these redundant files that is... If not if someone could please explain why everything has suddenly copied over to this SSD I haven't touched for almost a year and how I can stop it from continuing? I would be so very grateful.

What is the point of having two hard drives if they both have the same shit.. Especially one I rarely use. Excuse my anger but this just ruined my night lol...

MASSIVE REALIZATION - UPDATE: IVE MADE THE OBVIOUS CONCLUSION THAT The drive I am using will always be known as C:/
HOWEVER I do have a few remaining questions;

***An image I made in paint.net on my HDD was saved to my desktop. This was the only desktop file carried over from HDD to SSD, why?
My avast antivirus was already updated on my SSD after nearly a year of non use, why?

**When running FALLOUT NEW VEGAS which is installed on my HDD I could play, save everything noroblem- only difference being DLC content was not loaded... Confused, why can i play such a large game at all?

**Lastly I have a standalone fan game saved onto my HDD Called FALLOUT NEVADA. When playing this game running my HDD I have a very loud coil whine issue. When I run it from f:/game/fallout Nevada on my SSD the coil whine is reduced to an almost inaudible level. Why is this?

Solution
Check properties of each suspected program, it might have installed on a disk that was secondary at that time. If both disks contain same OS programs may he got confused, specially the ones that insist to be on OS (at that time) drive. AVs belong to that group.

Yes I did make that realization and it does explain a lot, thank you. Yes they are seperate hardware, once is A WD blue 500 gb HDD the other a Samsung 240gb SSD. I do however have a few mysteries left over, if you read the update at the bottom of my post and have any clarification to offer I would really appreciate it. Thanks again.
