[SOLVED] Everything suddenly loads very slowly.

Hey, in the last three days, I've noticed an issue with my PC where everything suddenly is loading extremely slowly, whether if it's loading games or just extracting files from a Winrar archive, it just does it EXTREMELY slowly, I've tried closing background programs, Windows update, drivers, changing my SATA data cables on both HDD and SSD to other ports, didn't work, I had even reset my PC fully, Wattage is completely fine even when the computer is highly active, help?

Motherboard - Z390 Gaming X
Memory - Dual Channel 2x8 HyperX Fury 2400Mhz DDR4
CPU - i5 8500
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 590 Nitro +
PSU - Corsair CX 650

CPU Temps while gaming 60 - 70

I've tried scanning for malware, nothing found, I did a reset after all so it makes sense.

And I will add the suggestion that you look in Task Manager and Resource Monitor (use both but only one at a time) to determine what resources are being used, to what extent (%), and what app/process is using the resource.

Especially when the system is extremely slow.
