nope just tried to open a picture so i tried to change the program with i open it

Try a system restore and pick a restore point before this started happening

Create a system restore point before doing this
1.Download the .reg file from here
http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/exe-file-association-windows-7-vista/

2.Right-click it and click on merge

3.Reboot your pc
