Everything turns off for 2 secs then comes back on

My monitor, keyboard, mouse turns off for about 2 seconds then turns on but the computer itself is still ON. I hear a click from the pc before my monitor and peripherals stop working for 2 secs, then comes back on.
I'm kind of sure its not the PSU since i tried 3 different good psu but the same thing still happening. Could the problem be with the mobo?

The problem could be MB, RAM, or unstable ocing, etc. But try clear the CMOS by the jumper or remove the CMOS battery, don't forget remove the power core from wall outlet first.
After that try boot the PC.

no oc on any part. and i tried a different ram stick still same thing that happens.Also did the CMOS clearing with different ram stick but the random turn offs still happens.

Can you post your pc specifications? Maybe the compatibility problem, or electrical short circle problem. Try boot the PC outside the case.
