everything turns on but no display

specs: i7 7700k
cooler: hyper 212 evo
mobo: asus rog b250h
ram: pny anarchy 16 gb
gpu: msi gtx 1060 6gb
Computer was playing rainbow six and suddenly froze and wont turn back on everything turns on but the display i already checked the pw and i readded paste i dont seem to know what the problem is

Try connecting an internal speaker to the board and see if any beeps.

remove gpu and use internal graphic from board the try boot .

First, take memory out of the system and try to boot:
if you hear beeps, most probably GPU problem
No beeps mobo/cpu/PSU problem.
Test with known working PSU

If still fails, the mobo or cpu needs to be replaced.
Also, you might want to test the battery on the mobo.
Some mobo model refuses to post if empty.
