Everytime I transfer a file to the same PC it is corrupted or damaged.

I transfer a steam backup on the same computer through network, It is damaged after I installed and made me download some files.

Transfer an installer through USB and network and it says it is damaged.

Transfer another game through network, able to install, but crashes and I'm sure it is from damaged installer.

When I tried to install the game from this computer it works, but when I will run it to the other system(the one with the problem) it says it is damaged.

Help I can't try it on other pc because I don't have access to other PC.

Don't have an external HDD
Tried using flash drive but got the same result.

please test the ram on the machine which has the issues; with memtest86 .

It's most likely faulty ram which causes the issue.
