I have searched all over and havent found anything to fix it. i have uninstalled the driver, uninstalled Nvidia, i have upgraded to windows 11 and nothing has fixed it can anyone help me understand why and how to fix this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

How do you turn off your PC: do you use the Windows power icon or do you use some switch : e.g., the case, the PSU, a power strip...?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer. Either one or both may provide more detail about what is happening. Right click an entry for more detail - an error code perhaps. The additional detail may or may not prove helpful.

Are you manually downloading the drivers via NVIDIA's website? No third party tools or installers.

Try running the built in Windows troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Also try "sfc /scannow" and "dism".
