RX 460 = GTX 950. It will run most games in ultra too, however the GTX 1050 Ti is just better.

It will run over 30 fps most of te time, the GTX 950 I had a few months ago did anyway. Struggling is just not the right term for it, IMO.

I think the average is more important. If it dips to 15 fps even once, that number will make it into the stats.

Also, this is what OP said:

I would like 1080p max settings, 30fps or higher. what would be better?

Ofcourse, I just mean to say the RX 460 can play most games at higher settings usually at 30+ fps. Most sites don't even include minimum fps anymore because it doesn't representate how often it really reaches the minimum listed. Could even be just once in 2 hours of gameplay.
