Question evga 1070 sc settings?

I have just received as second hand GTX EVGA 1070 SC Graphics Card, and im not sure what to do in the EVGA Precision X1 settings? I will post a screenshot of what my settings are down below, and being a streamer/gamer I feel my 1070 is under performing , and I was wondering if altering any of these settings would help me out.

Average temp while playing Overwatch while streaming 1080p 60fps: 73+ (in 30-40°C weather)
