Hey,

I recently bought a evga 1070ti after my gtx 770 died.

Upon installing, my mouse has been stuttering like crazy. Also, i tried to use gpusniffer and it couldnt see the card.

I've tried multiple drivers but nothings working. only one monitor works as well

ive spent a few hours trying to trouble shoot, but im a but stuck.

any advice? did i get a bad card?

Thanks, here are some specs below

5800k
x99a mother board
32 gig ram
m.2 hard drive

the mouse is a logitech g502, it behaves totally normally with the gtx 550ti

i did run gpuz, while it told me the card was a gtx 1070ti, it did show the memory to be at 0 (its supposed to be a 8 gig card)

If it is a fake card, would it come up in gpu z as a 1070ti?

thanks

Do you have the latest system BIOS installed on your PC ? Can the OS recognize the card under the Device Manager settings ? Have you tried doing a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers ? Use the DDU tool.

But most importantly, post a GPU-Z screenshot of the GPU over here. Some of the Corsair CX models have had few issue with the GTX 1000 series cards, not all.
