EVGA 1080 ACX vs ICX

I'm buying a 1080 soon, and the EVGA GTX 1080 FTW ACX 3.0 is the same price as the
GTX 1080 EVGA SC2 ICX.

I've heard about the issues with the FTW, but I'm not going to OC, so what one should I choose?

Both are manufacturer overclocked. ICX version has improved thermal sensoring and cooling, so if they cost same, get ICX.
