Evga 1080 FTW2 and PG27VQ

The vid card and monitor above,well my question is,will that vid card be able to get 100% out of that monitor far as everything tweaked(refresh rate at 165htz and such)?I believe it should be able to run it well,but would like some opinions.
Also,does anyone think that the PG279Q is better or inferior to the PG27VQ? had a problem with my PG279Q and they offered to wait for parts for that,or they could give me the PG27VQ instead.Thanks in advance.

BTW I'm new heree and wanted to put my comp set up but cant find a way to do it.....it's:

INTEL 4790K O/C'D to 4.6 gigs
Corsair H-80I water cooler
Samsung 950 pro M.2 512 gigs
Samsung 840 EVO 250 gigs
Samsung 850 EVO 250 gigs
WESTERN DIG BLUE 1 TERABYtE
Kingston hyperx fury 1600 MHZ 4x 8(32 gigs Ram total)
Evga ge force 1080 FTW 2
I have about 10 fans betwen intake and outtake,its pretty nice
anyways,can someone tell me how to put what my system is in my signature instead of having write it down everytime? thank you very much lol
